Q:  Are Property Manager(s) / Red Key Property Management & Real Estate licensed?

A-1:  Yes, Property Managers/Agents and Red Key Property Management & Real Estate are a licensed by the Utah Division of Real Estate, as required by state law.

A-2:  Yes, Red Key Property Management & Real Estate maintains both state and local business licenses as required by the State of Utah and by each of the municipalities in which we manage property:

 


Q:  Who ownes Red Key Property Managment & Real Estate?

A:  Red Key Property Management & Real Estate is a subsidiary of Zions Enterprises, Inc.

 


Q:  Who is Aimi?

A:  Aimi is our virtual assistant.  She mainly keeps both our Tenants and Property Owners updated via auto-generated emails.

 


 

Q:  Do you have a Facebook page?

Q:  Does RedKeyUtah.com have a Privacy Policy?

Q:  Why are some pictures watered marked 'Williams Management Group'? 

A:  Red Key Property Management & Real Estate was formerly Williams Management Group, LLC. 

 




 

Prospective Tenants:


Q:  How do I apply?

A: Go to our rentals page and find the home/apartment you wish to apply for.  Be sure to pay the application fee, otherwise, your application will not be processed.

 

To apply for a single family home:

To apply for an apartment or duplex:

  2. Click on the home
  3. Click "Apply Online"

Q:  Where can I get a hard (paper) copy of the Rental Application?

A:  We do not offer a hard (paper) application.  All Rental Applications must be completed online.

 


Q:  Is there an application fee?

A:  Yes. We screen prospective tenants through a third party service. The cost is $35.00 per adult.

 


Q:  Is the Security Deposit refundable?

A:  Yes, the Security Deposit is 100% refundable, generally.  Additionally, we do not charge a cleaning deposit.  

 


Q:  I do not have good credit.  Is that a problem?

A:  Red Key Property Management & Real Estate takes various steps to insure good tenants for our property owners.  Credit is only one aspect of many and is not an automatic disqualifier. 

 


Q:  What are your pet restrictions?

A:  1. There are restrictions mandated by our insurance company(ies), including but not limited to, restricting certain dog(s) breeds (and any breed crossed with) kept on or about our properties that are deemed aggressive which generally includes: 

Akita Doberman Pincher Rottweiler
Alaskan Malamute Pit Bull Terrier Siberian Husky
Chow Presa Canario Wolf or Wolf Breed

2.  Tenant(s) must provide a dog kennel (if applicable).
3.  Tenant(s) must comply with all city/county ordinances.
4.  Other restriction do/may apply.  

 


Q:  I have a pet(s), is there a pet deposit and/or pet rent?

A:  Yes, to help compensate for the impact to the property, we charge both a non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent.*

Q:  Do I have to make an appointment to see a home I am interested in?

A:  Yes, because most properties have a current tenant, we extent the courtesy of a 24 hours notice before entering their home. HOWEVER, if the property is vacant, you can self register for a tour.

 


Q:  Do you accept Section 8 Housing?

A:  Yes, however, applicant must be fully qualified and no additional consideration will be given. 

 


Q:  I use my home for a daycare or other business.  Is this acceptable?

A:  No, our insurance does not allow any property to be used as a daycare or other forms of business.

Q:  What should I do if I can not pay my rent on time.

A:  As always, we appreciate your prompt payment, however, if you expect a problem making an upcoming payment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you better.  When you notify us before a payment is late, we may be able to assist you in help avoid eviction.
